Support the scientists and Lab Chief of the Hydrological Sciences Laboratory as follows:

• Prepare travel packages, travel authorizations, and vouchers
• Onboard visitors and employees through IDMAX and submit NAMS requests as needed
• Process Scientific and Technical Information through the STRIVES electronic system
• Organize office moves, assign phones, prepare door signs, and anything else needed for the employee
• Maintain a spreadsheet of office space
• Maintain lab directory of names and phone numbers
• Organize several lab socials per year
• Work closely with the Administrative Officer and Lead Admin of our Hydrosphere, Biosphere, and Geophysics division
